Nicoleta has an Art&Design background and a BA in Science Education, and has been working with the Ratiu foundations since 2007. She holds a postgraduate certificate in graphic&web design obtained in Milan, where she has also worked as a graphic designer for various fashion press offices.

MIHAI CAZACU
Mihai Cazacu este absolvent al Liceului Militar şi al Facultăţii de Drept din cadrul Academiei de Poliţie din Bucureşti. A lucrat în cadrul Ministerul Administrației și Internelor timp de aproape 12 ani, investigând numeroase cazuri de trafic de fiinţe umane cu ramificaţii în mai multe ţări din Europa.
VLAD ZIGAROV
Vlad Zigarov este European Affairs Associate la LSE IDEAS și consultant la Parlamentul European. Este, de asemenea, membru al Proiectului pentru Studiul Războiului Rece al LSE. A absolvit un masterat istorie internațională la LSE și a urmat, de asemenea, un program masteral al School of Slavonic and East European Studies al UCL.
Cora Moţoc
Cora Moțoc este directorul executiv al Justice and Care Romania. A fost consilier politic al Ambasadei Marii Britanii la Bucureşti. Anterior, în calitate de Consilier în Guvernul României, în Unitatea pentru Dezvoltare Durabilă, s-a ocupat de proiectele pentru România al Alteței Sale Regale, Prințul Charles de Wales. A fost, de asemenea, coordonator de proiecte în cadrul programului Rule of Law al Fundaţiei Konrad Adenauer.
Radu Albu Comănescu
Radu is a lecturer at the Faculty of European Studies of the Babeş-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca and a doctor in History. He has a BA in European Studies, followed by a double MA in Comparative European Studies and a DEA “Intelligence de l’Europe” at the Paris-Est, Marne-la-Vallée University, with a focus on geopolitics, culture and identities. Radu teaches “EU Governance and Theories of European Integration” as well as “European and International Negotiations”. His fields of research extend to the history of Europe ; history of political and religious thinking; cultural, economic and public diplomacy; state-building, institutions and networks of power. Active in NGOs and think-tanks dedicated to public policies, Radu organised various conferences in partnership with Forbes and Bloomberg. At times, he is a columnist for “Ziua de Cluj”, a leading regional newspaper.
Shajjad Rizvi
Shajjad Rizvi first came to Romania in 1990 just after the revolution. Resettling in Cluj Napoca. Shajjad has successfully led for-profit and non-profit organisations, he co-founded the Little People’s children’s charity, which provides daily services to children, teenagers and young adults being treated for cancer in all major treatment centres in Romania. Shajjad is also the executive chairman for the Duke of Edinburgh Award program in Romania and also a founding member of Youth Cancer Europe, Europe’s leading youth cancer organisation. Shajjad is also a director of the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce and the Honorary British consul agent for Cluj Napoca. Shajjad is a British national from London of Asian heritage.
